Spring Agora Leiden 2010

"Due to various circumstances people couldn't make it to the AGORA. Number one cause of course is due to the closure of the European airspace due to the vulcanic eruption in Iceland. Some people ask us if they can get a refund of their fee. I'm sorry that I've to say that we are not able to do that. We already had to make costs for the people that suddenly didn't arrive; like for food and lodging. And also some other costs appeared because we didn't have the amount of people we expected. We're also a victim of the vulcano.

You can ask your travel insurance and/or airline company for a (partial) refund.
